Gabions in South Wimbledon London UK

Plastic bags reduced in UK

News that there has been a big reduction in plastic bag use. Marks and Spencer under Plan A to reduce their waste, have reduced issue of bags from 460 million to (only!) 80 million a year. That’s still 80,000,000 plastic bags, just in one year from one supermarket. Nature rejoices at the good news. See […]
